Duties of the Deputy for International Scientific Affairs
- Proposing and conducting the necessary expert studies regarding programs for cooperation between Iranian researchers and leading international researchers in line with the Center’s objectives.
- Proposing and carrying out expert evaluations concerning national participation in international scientific projects in accordance with the Center’s goals.
- Facilitating the establishment of research and educational collaborations between researchers in the country and distinguished Iranian scholars residing abroad.
- Proposing the organization of advanced international training workshops and short‑term international scientific schools by the Center.
- Proposing support for training workshops and scientific schools organized by other institutions within the country and suggesting the framework for such support.
- Reviewing and evaluating the performance of the Center’s national and international scientific conferences.
- Proposing support for outstanding young researchers of the country to participate in international scientific forums and recommending the framework for such support.
- Conducting expert studies and planning for high‑level regional scientific collaborations.
- Providing necessary reports and evaluations on the Center’s international scientific activities and carrying out other related tasks assigned by the President of the Center.
- Maintaining and preserving scientific documents and information related to international activities.
