In order to expand the scope of support for international projects, the Center has designed a support initiative titled the Inquiries Program. This program supports comparative, fundamental, and analytical studies on topics with an international dimension.

Under this program, applicants may conduct the study individually or in collaboration with domestic or international partners. The primary requirement for supporting proposals in this research program is the international nature of the proposed topic.

The main objectives of establishing this program include: gaining a better understanding of higher education systems in other countries with the aim of institutionalizing and improving the status of higher education in Iran; becoming familiar with international scientific institutions in order to establish cooperation agreements that contribute to the advancement of the country’s higher education system; creating the necessary infrastructure for the return of scientists and the establishment of talented experts in the country; and identifying the country’s actual position in various international fields and developments.
