Duties of the Deputy for International Scientific Affairs

1. Proposing and conducting the necessary expert studies regarding programs for cooperation between Iranian researchers and leading international researchers in line with the Center’s objectives.
2. Proposing and carrying out expert evaluations concerning national participation in international scientific projects in accordance with the Center’s goals.
3. Facilitating the establishment of research and educational collaborations between researchers in the country and distinguished Iranian scholars residing abroad.
4. Proposing the organization of advanced international training workshops and short‑term international scientific schools by the Center.
5. Proposing support for training workshops and scientific schools organized by other institutions within the country and suggesting the framework for such support.
6. Reviewing and evaluating the performance of the Center’s national and international scientific conferences.
7. Proposing support for outstanding young researchers of the country to participate in international scientific forums and recommending the framework for such support.
8. Conducting expert studies and planning for high‑level regional scientific collaborations.
9. Providing necessary reports and evaluations on the Center’s international scientific activities and carrying out other related tasks assigned by the President of the Center.
10. Maintaining and preserving scientific documents and information related to international activities.
