Invitation to Participate in the Faculty Empowerment Program for Iranian University Academics by Kazan Federal University

Following constructive negotiations between Dr. Omid Rezaeifar, President of the Center for International Scientific Cooperation, and officials from Kazan Federal University on the sidelines of the 16th Russia–Islamic World Economic Forum (Kazan Forum 2025), the Institute of Psychology and Education at Kazan Federal University will host a Specialized Professional Development Program for Faculty Members of Iranian Universities.

This program has been designed within the framework of fostering mutual collaboration in higher education and aims to enhance the quality and professional capabilities of university faculty members. It consists of three specialized modules as follows:

🔹 Module 1 – Academic Ecosystem
Focuses on the organization and management of educational processes, pedagogical approaches, inclusive teaching methods, and conflict resolution strategies. The primary emphasis is on optimizing learning environments and improving teaching effectiveness.

🔹 Module 2 – Educational Psychology
Addresses psychological theories and methods for understanding, supporting, and developing students and faculty in academic settings. Key topics include individual differences, cognitive processes, and factors affecting learning and professional performance.

🔹 Module 3 – Research and Scientific Activities
Covers academic research practices, scholarly writing, digital research technologies, and the organization of scientific events. The focus is on building research competencies and enhancing academic output.

This hybrid program (delivered both in-person and online) presents a valuable opportunity for Iranian university faculty members to benefit from international experience and expand their academic networks.
