Duties of the Deputy for Executive Affairs<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Supervising, planning, and carrying out administrative and financial affairs, as well as conference services, through the relevant units in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.<\/li>\n
  2. Following up and overseeing the Center\u2019s executive activities, making efforts to resolve existing issues, forecasting the Center\u2019s annual budget, and cooperating in advancing the activities of different units toward achieving the Center\u2019s objectives.<\/li>\n
  3. Assessing, supervising, and providing administrative and personnel requirements, and managing matters related to technical and infrastructure services.<\/li>\n
  4. Providing services and facilities for the organization of conferences and workshops.<\/li>\n
  5. Providing the Center\u2019s IT and computing facilities.<\/li>\n
  6. Preparing and organizing research contracts and other contracts of the Center.<\/li>\n
  7. Planning and taking action regarding procurement for all units of the Center, including both domestic and international orders.<\/li>\n
  8. Ensuring proper management and proposing changes and reforms to the organizational structure of the Center.<\/li>\n
  9. Cooperating, coordinating, and planning in support of the duties of the President of the Center based on assigned responsibilities.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
