Duties of the Conference Services and Contracts Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Supervising and conducting expert review in the preparation and drafting of research contracts, memoranda of understanding (MoUs), addenda, and amendments between the Center and legal or natural persons in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.<\/li>\n
  2. Monitoring the progress and payment stages of the Center\u2019s research contracts.<\/li>\n
  3. Supervising the documentation of research contracts, MoUs, and addenda, and preparing managerial reports on the status and progress of contracts.<\/li>\n
  4. Reviewing incoming requests within the framework of laws, regulations, and contractual provisions, and notifying the respective contracting parties.<\/li>\n
  5. Establishing and managing a permanent secretariat for international scientific conferences in order to organize related conferences, study groups, and training workshops, and providing all necessary support and related IT services.<\/li>\n
  6. Proposing the conclusion of contracts with various organizations to access the facilities and resources required for organizing scientific conferences within the framework of the Center\u2019s regulations.<\/li>\n
  7. Drafting regulations, guidelines, and procedural documents related to the Center\u2019s research services and submitting them to the Deputy for International Scientific Affairs and the President of the Center.<\/li>\n
  8. Cooperating and coordinating among administrative and financial units and scientific groups in organizing scientific conferences, international projects, and study groups across various disciplines.<\/li>\n
  9. Cooperating and coordinating with the Deputy for International Scientific Affairs in participating in international projects.<\/li>\n
